When you try to be nice to someone who never notices you
I'm like an empty seat in the crowd.

To you I'm a space so blank.

Do you hear me when I scream aloud?

Or when I just say thanks?

Do you notice me when I smile at you?

Politely as I pass by.

Or as I'm leaving to.

And I sweetly utter goodbye.

It seems you must of missed me.

Or are a few minutes too late.

Me you never hear or see.

You don't know me to hate.

Its seems to you I don't exist.

And like I'm not even there.

It's bad timing so I persist.

Although you probably don't care.

I'm trying to get your attention.

But I think I might give in.

I do it as a good intention

And it's completely genuine.

I know its accidental.

And your probably unaware.

Because as a person your usually gentle.

And it does seem quite unfair.
