Lover on the Wind
Standing there in the eye of the storm, not believing what is in front of me.

Emotional distress and disaster surrounds me.

I was blind sided by this perfect storm.

I did not realize that it was even happening and I could not stop it.

It is as invisible as the wind but I can sense it.

What do you do when an action you take may do more harm than good.

I see what has been destroyed, I feel the burning urge for something more.

I feel as though I am lost at sea... alone.

The one that can help blows on by and I am left in the path of its destruction.

I am in awe at this thing that has gotten through all my defenses.

It still lurks behind these walls.

The rays of light shine down but the storm is not over.
