Wishing you fell in love with someone different

If I had one more chance, things would be different
I would not have this sickening feeling
You would not have realized that my heart was worth stealing
One more chance, I would have changed your mind
Too late now, it seems we are already in a bind
Stupid boy, why did you have to do it?
Take my heart and have the fire be lit
Forever is a long time to make this last
A promise is something too simple
Easily broken, and easily forgotten
Realize that love does not last forever
Over time you made my heart crimple
Your kiss is no longer sweet; instead, it’s become rotten
If I had one more chance, I would be someone else’s treasure
