Beware the ancient curse of the killer tree!
The old oak had stood for over a century, providing shade for resting runners or strollers on the wooden bench beneath its thick head of luscious leaves.

Annie smiled in the sunshine at her husband under the beautiful tree, both of them laughing about the alleged curse. The park was deserted in the early morning light – and the oaks branches loomed nearer, acorns tickling the back of her neck…..

Annie screamed as a branch slammed across her head.

The next morning a “Missing” poster appeared on the tree – a picture of Annie and her husband, smiling on a park bench.
