The Power Broker is a business man with a special gift. With a single touch he can bestow on a person a superpower of his choosing, or take it away. Naturally he doesn't do this for free. He always expects payment, either cash up front or the promise of a favour at some time down the line. The Broker is not a man to disappoint - should a client back out of a promise, he has quite a temper and powerful friends capable of bringing even the most gifted individuals to justice.

You visit the Broker for a power, but be careful. The gift you receive may not be quite what you hoped, and you're not the only person in the world who been naturally blessed or received the Broker's boon.
