From the collection I call Bottom of a Leaf
Instead of turning,
we walked right in, then directly off
  Before,
we have met,
my inside beauty, my outdoor dog, my beloved phobias
wait till you see my
  family
Instead of turning,
lets dine here
Let us share, drink, breathe, blink
Remember when,
you saw me cry
    Instead of turning,
may we rest a while
I have a stiff back
    and achy bones
Please forgive my
osteoporosis, dyslexia and asthma
Instead of turning,
I would like to tell you
how much it means
for a person like me
to have a person like you
