By belief in life. We all have greatness in ourselves.
Dear Me,
Looking to the New Year I still believe in my quotation that I have followed most of my life and now is not the time to change

Quotation

I would like to offer this quotation,” Anybody can be anybody, But it takes somebody to be somebody, I’ll be dammed if I’ll be anybody.”
BY: Bob Rockford (Rocky)

This is a quote I made up a lifetime ago and I have always been a somebody.
It’s easy to fall into the anybody trap, in school we have a tendency to follow the trend, do what the other guy does, dress like everyone else and just follow the leader. Remember anyone can be a follower but what the world has always needed is leaders. Business, Church, Industry and Politics
have always looked for the leader in the crowd. Where are they and how do you find them.
What we need to do is change the way we think. If you are a follower take a moment with me and let’s start to change. Remember the Broadway musical,”Hello Dolly” and the song,” Before the Parade Passes by.”
The song starts out by saying.
“Before the parade passes by, I want to get more life back into my life, before the parade passes by, I’m ready to move out in front. Had enough of life just passing by. For the rest of my life I can hold my head up high. I’ve got to go again. I’ve got to drive. I’m going to feel my heart coming alive again, BEFORE THE PARADE PASSES BY.”

“So lets get some life back into our lives, Be ready to move in life, Hold our head up high and feel our hearts coming alive again.”

Remember you only get to march in the parade of life once so let’s not waste our life, lets face the rest of our life as the best of our lives. Remember we can do it if we put our mind to it and work at it. Let’s remember what, Albert Switzer said,

THE GREATEST TRAGEDY OF LIFE IS WHAT DIES WITHIN A MAN WHILE HE IS STILL ALIV

At 87 I’ve seen a lot of life, THE GOOD and THE BAD and I’ll be dammed if I will let the best of my life pass me by.
