Shakespearean Sonnets to Ponder... The Perfect Sonnet Contest
The Sanctified...

Praise Thee oh Lord to whom all praise is due;
As life conjoins with death at heaven’s gate.
For every year our life is in review -
As narrow margins contemplate our fate.
Beware the omens - lurking in the stars,
Take heed in astrological events.
With open eyes break free from weighty bars!
Observe what certain aspects represent...
Make haste to better other’s damaged hearts -
For godly gifts belie a guilty soul.
As all our deeds are marked upon the charts -
The sullied and the blessed will pay a toll.

Upon the wings of angels, ride our ends -
We must take stock... and make a full amends.
