Extraordinary World

I whisper on the wind my love nightly for you
The horizon separates the colors in a magical way
Rose, beige and a touch of orange softly appear
The brightness of the setting sun cast its own yellow haze
The sun hides behind those clouds and begins to change
Blue and grey won't last long before it is completely dark
The darkness is short lived because the moon casts its light
Upon the sleepy world, the water and where we are

Below is the ocean blue with movement abundant
White foam breaking harshly against the rocks
The moon glistening off the waves kissing the sand
So very tempted to try and step from rock to rock
Then the soothing sound of the waves moving in
The cool breeze blows and gives a slight chill
Though we are apart this is our extraordinary world
