A senryu in multiple verse
we met during spring
two flowers reaching for warmth
and fell in love then


in summer we grew
together leaves intertwined
closer and closer


autumn brought parting
yellow daffodils turned brown
everything was lost


it is winter now
flowers but a memory
will spring come again
