Writer's cramp entry 4/1
"hahaha" I think, as I screenshot Mr. Li's computer desktop lotus scene. "He'll totally wonder what happened to his computer. Even the tech guy won't figure it out!" I finish up my handiwork and examine the results. Yep. Mr. Li definitely won't be able to figure out what's happened to his computer... "this is the perfect April Fool's joke" I whisper gleefully. Behind me, the class buzzes with anticipation.

Time to delete the desktop icons- then he'll definitely think the computer is frozen! With a frozen computer, there definitely won't be Chinese class today! I quickly delete the icons on the desktop. "Shoot, it's frozen! For real frozen!" I frustratingly hit the keys. "beeep" "system shutting down" begins flashing on the screen. Soon the fans stop whirring, and the screen turns completely black. I sigh with relief. I can fix this.

POWER.

Nothing.

POWER and hold....

nothing.

Not even a fan.

Now I'm in some deep trouble.

"Hey, anyone know how to fix this?!"

"No, but Mr. Li's coming." says Hillary, who was keeping watch with Greg.

"Hey, who's got the universal remote hooked up to the projector?" asked John.

"I do" said Katie.

"He's coming now!" Greg whisper-screams.

Everyone scrambles to their seats like its a regular day.

"Hm, that's weird. I can swear I left the computer on when I left the classroom. Oh well. I'll just turn it on again." The class becomes so silent you can hear the breeze outside. I'm holding my breath and- it turns on! Mr. Li looks even more puzzled. "What's going on?" he demands. "Is this some sort of sick April Fool's joke?" The whole class denies it.

"no!"

"never!"

"what?!"

The desktop icons begin showing- one by one. The desktop picture is still loading. Everybody starts tittering. Then it cuts silent, and turns into a roar of laughter.

"Get out! GET OUT! ALL OF YOU! TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE. NOW!" The desktop background is a Photoshopped picture of him in a woman's bikini.
