What is the easiest way to become a millionaire overnight?
Nurture your success, your career depends on it

What is the easiest way to become a millionaire overnight? If we were to seriously answer this question, few realistic options come to mind. I would list at the top of that list; sign a contract with a sports team. You could also sign a deal with a major record label; you could garner the lead in a major motion picture. Winning the lottery, pulling a progressive slot machine at the right moment, or publisher's clearing house coming to your door I would list at the bottom. The next question I would ask is if having millions of dollars makes you successful?

In our society, more times than not we are judged for our level of success, by our net worth. Why does television glorify celebrities, athletes, and big business as if all others are not as important? Media and social media need to understand it is not a realistic career path for most to become wealthy and attain a level of stature reserved for the elite.

Individuals with salaries that do not allow them income after the essentials: mortgage/rent, utilities, and food, look to other individuals, to have an escape from their day to day routine. With this allows an escape, challenge yourself to continually strive to advance your career. If your feel trapped or stuck in your present situation, look inward and see what your options are. What are you passionate about? How can you turn your hobby into your main source of income? How do you use your talents, skills, or resources to make money? These are hard questions that require much thought.

Take for instance, having been laid off. At this point your options are limited. So what do you do? First, thought would be panic. After the panic, begin to breathe. Think long and hard about where you want to see yourself in 5, 10, even 15 years from right now at the very moment. Take steps to make it to that place. Sometimes you have to take a step back, in order to move forward.

Keep learning. In this day and age with YouTube and self-promotion in the form of how-to videos, there are free ways to receive training doing what you love. Whether it's hair or working on cars. You can find it on YouTube. Take the time to learn what drives you. What gets you out of bed in the morning? At what level in your career will you feel, like a success?

How do you take all of the lessons, training, and experiences you have learned so far, and turn them into successes? You have to search internally to answer this question. Time should be more of a deciding factor, in determining how successful a person was based on the number of years they lived. What you have accomplished, achieved, and how you were able to inspire. So remember, after you have nurtured your career, do the same for someone else. To me, this feeling I get after helping someone else make me feel as though I have become a success.
