Germany considers sending a small amount of troops to Eastern Ukraine.
Berlin is considering sending troops to the Eastern part of Ukraine to monitor the ceasefire agreement between the Kiev regime and the Pro-Russian rebels. It has been reported that German troop deployment would be based on partially a decision made by the OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe).

If a political decision would be agreed upon to send troops, a German newspaper "Bild", reports that Germany would send around 200 troops. Around 150 would monitor the crisis areas with drones, and another 50 would be used to provide security. This is not the first time this idea has been brought up. Last month both France and Germany offered to send drones to Eastern Ukraine to help the OSCE monitor the situation.

A decision will most likely not be made any time soon. Although this seems like an act of somewhat aggression towards Russia. Russia could use this as a tool to prove the truth. Russia continues to say they have no direct involvement with the ongoing fighting in Eastern Ukraine, this would provide Russia the chance to show the world that they are telling the truth. Time will tell what German decides to do. Until then the ceasefire agreement will continue to be ignored in the Eastern part of Ukraine.
