turning a blind eye to everything doesn't always work out in your favor it can damage you
I haven't been watching the news lately but their saying a storm is coming
That i should take cover, Be cautious and hope that things will change by morning.
Soon as heard the news
The wind began to pick up
The trees began to lean
and my faith was lying on luck
Predictions and assumptions of what could possibly take place
Automatically i thought of the worse and  my heart started to race
typically i tried just to half way understand
That the motions of this storm was brought on by this man
lighting struck! And then thunder hit
I was not surprised at all sadly not one little bit....
The rainfall was abnormal
maybe because i was slowly breaking
My anger that was growing inside was faulted for the way i was shaking
I wanted and i needed so badly to cry
but something inside wouldn't let me
Everything i had to give, He had broken just to leave
All he had to say was the truth
It was no us ...
It was the benefits
My capability
My loyalty
My trust
Soaked by these rain drops i watch him as he leaves
barely comprehending what's happening to me
shell shocked while the thunder roars
seeing that he don't want us no more
here i stand.. as my heart just melt
watching him take away everything we had left ...
