A poem about dinosaurs while teaching numbers 1 to 10

Dinosaurs get ready.  On your mark, get set, go!

One angry dinosaur roars, runs, and trips.

Two calm dinosaurs dance and skip.

Three short dinosaurs go a bit too slow…while four tall dinosaurs tiptoe and hop for show.

Five big dinosaurs plod on…stomp, stomp, stomp.

Six small dinosaurs find leaves to chomp, chomp, chomp.

Seven strong dinosaurs jump and leap.

Eight weak dinosaurs fall into a heap.

Nine young dinosaurs creep and crawl.

Ten old dinosaurs are the last of them all.
