How people looks toward Failure
The condition of not meeting desirable or intended objective is termed as failure by many scholars. And, there is a kind of disregard starts infusing in the minds of successful people towards unsuccessful one. Why there is such a divide in society? Why people not accept the downfall of any person?
And, there is no obvious answer. Different people have different opinions, some will say it’s rooted in our culture and since many century this practice is being followed. According to them, there is one supreme god, and he had divided society based on the ethos, and accordingly created successful humans and vice versa. Also, they claim that, it’s our principle duty to regard the one with highest achievement.
Does this belief make a stand in this globalized world? We humans are sole responsible for this partiality. We created fundamental laws based on the recommendations from few influential people. We divided society in order to benefit ourselves.
I really find it appalling, when people ignore someone who have failed and needs support. A simple pat on the back will make bare his soul. There are many factors which lead to failure, and we can’t just simply deny or make a perception about the person who failed. Even, Mt. Everest was not scaled in a single attempt.
Every person is behind successful one, even his lies becomes headline. And, a hundred thousands of truth, pain, struggle of unsuccessful people are nowhere documented. I firmly believe that there is always someone who will not snub in case of failure, just we need to identify that person. The best example I can say is mother. She always take stance of her child, and encourage to struggle and overcome failure.
Although, there is huge disparity among individuals in terms of success. But, a day will come where the bridge between two sides will narrow. And, that day will be the new start of an era where people will come first rather than their attainments.
