Children, grandchildren, and great grands making me feel blessed with their kindness!
My grandson has been worried about me the last few days because I came home late. He was so worried that he had his father call me several times to figure out where I could possibly be so late at night. This went on for two days. Yesterday, he had his sister walk him to my house so that he could see me. His brother also came with him. When it was time to leave, I said, would you like to spend the night? His sister said, oh yeah, he is spending the night because he brought his book bag.

The sister and other brother left and went home. I inquired, if he was hungry, and he said no, he just wanted to be with me. So, he played a few games, watched TV, and then passed out. I smiled all evening.

Woke up early this morning, and he was checking on me. My second oldest grandson made his rounds as usual around 6:30am to make sure I was okay, and the two of them checked on me again. I smiled, and started my morning prayers. I thanked God for such strong love and devotion. I am so blessed to be in such a loving and caring family.

Two days ago, my third oldest grandson called me at 8:30pm. He was not upset, but very disappointed with me. He had called on a few occasions and was unable to reach me. He told me how distressed it made him when he calls and I don't answer. He said I worry about you, and I need you to answer your phone. I told him I was fine, and I appreciated that he needed me to answer my phone, and that I would do better. Later that night, he rode his bike to my house to check on me, and to run an errand for me. When he returned, he hugged me so tight, and said that I was the love of his life. I hugged him back and said back at you!

Earlier in the day on Saturday, my oldest great grandson called. He wanted to know how was Mom-Mom, and what she was doing? He said Mom-Mom, my mommy is hurt, and you need to fix her. I paused and said that Mom-Mom can't fix her, but we can pray together and God will surely fix her. He said okay. He hurriedly said I love you, and got off of the telephone.
I tell you, there is a special feeling that comes with such love. There is a peace that surrounds your heart. Being broke is okay. Being rich is probably even better, but I can assure you that being loved by your children, grandchildren, and great grands is absolutely PRICELESS! No amount of money or other riches can compare.

If you have experienced this kind of love, you know how it melts your heart! Thanking God for children, grandchildren, and great grands this morning!

PEACE and BLESSINGS to my family. Heartfelt love for each of you. Make this day special. I am!

Malcolm and I are off to BREAKFAST at IHOP! LOL

Peace and blessings always.

It's 12:00 noon, and my grandson and I just returned from breakfast. What a great time we had. As we sat playing games and laughing out loud for real, our waitress came over and whispered in my ear that I did not have to worry about paying for my breakfast a gentleman at another table had just paid for it. I was like "REALLY!" She said yes and pointed him out. I got up went over and thanked he and his companion for our breakfast, and he said we were just sitting his admiring you with your son (he, of course, was my grandson), and how my joy you two brought to the room. I gave him a big fat Malinda hug and returned to my table, smiling all of the way. On the way out, he stopped by and thanked us again for being there.

Now, how AWESOME is that? Told you I was blessed. LOL
