First shot at poetry based on visual prompt
Rocking on the ocean waves
where aching hearts weep.
The lullaby of the ocean sways
me drifting off to sleep.

Sipping poisoned waters
drenched in soldiers blood.
A hunger leaves me softly crying
tears in the fallen flood.

Basking in the blackening night,
shadows fill the sky.
Black chariots are closely watching
me drifting soon to die.
