One very beautiful day, my daughter tried to drive me crazy!
One beautiful day in a town called Lagrange,
my daughter decided it was a good day to rage

She screamed and cried all day long,
for a doll with a bow that sang a song

After four hours and plenty of tears
I couldnt take anymore and we were off to sears

I'm not very consistent when it comes to my kid,
I cannot say no over and over again.

When I see tears and hear pleadful cries,
I drop what I'm doing and I run to her side
instantly giving in to her every desire.

She knows when she wants something,
go straight to mom 'cause she will comply almost every time

Most mothers do this at some point in time,
because it tugs at their heart to hear their child cry.

Giving in occasionally is not a bad thing,
as long as it's only every now and then.

Doing it constantly show children that,
if they yell and they scream
they can get what they want.

It's a very bad lesson, 'cause we know it's not true.
You have to earn what you want, it's not given to you.
