An analysis on my No Focus piece
I've re-read some of my "writes" including No Focus. It was the only piece I've also received a review on, which in my case, I have a 14% likelihood of being reviewed. 1 out of 7 of my pieces gets reviewed (just a little inside joke for the reviewer).

I've re-read the piece for the purpose of finding inspiration. Back then, I was studying for the CPA exam (failed the two parts I took miserably), and thought now I'd give an update. Since then, I've changed careers and started working in IT. So far it's better suiting me and I'm able to grasp concepts more quickly and naturally.

But here I am, 35 years old and wondering still if I've made the right decision, that is, moving to IT. I will never question the movement away from accounting. They were the worst, forgettable years of my being.

But now I've started back at the bottom. I'm on the front lines again and currently providing customer service via the phone. If you read another recent piece, you may be thinking there are a few chinks in his armor. Believe me, there are.

But how did I move forward last time? Am I blinded by the impatience, causing my vision to be clouded? Am I experiencing the newness and naiveness of being back at the beginning? How do I know I will progress?

Basically, how can I see the future? I want the unknown to be known faster than 1 second at a time.
