This thing sitting on my bookshelf above books, in the window of my writing room-grrrrrrrr
Yes, I was nervous that this was going to spill and wreck lots of books, but these are the things we do for family...

This is an enclosed eco system meant to replenish itself and theoretically keep itself going for a long period of time. However, in practice, it does make a difference that just because goldfish are 19 cents a fish, doesn't mean get four and make them survive with no extra food available...
