Alone he has always been, playing another's tedious game.

Alone
He sits
A boy
Not missed
No one
Loves him
All
Have come
To hate him
He’s done
Less than most
Of nothing
Does he boast
He can’t
And won’t
Be forgiven
Himself
His own
Worst enemy
Himself
All that’s wrong
Alone
He’ll always be
In a room
Of every other
He feels empty
Desolation
Pours
From his mind
Isolation
Leaks
From his eyes
His heart
Is calling out
Please be God
Hear this
My most desperate
Of plea
Listen
To my words
They
Like me
Are alone
Let me find
Let me have
Oh please
An ounce of peace
Take this life
If so be
I won’t mind
I’m ready
Have long since been
I’m not sure
Never have I been
As to what I’ve done
But not knowing
Should do little
To excuse such actions
Alone
Always I am
And of that
Without question
I’m tired
Have mercy
If you can God
But if not
I’ll understand
Either way
Do as you see fit
Unless
Of course God
What you see fit
Is exactly this
In that case
Stop
Please end
This game
That clearly
I have
Long since lost...
