An autumn day in the garden My very first poem
THIS FLEETING MOMENT By Coral Boucher
Leaves dancing "Swan Lake" in festive costumes
Red, the yellow, orange and brown, acrobatically leaping, gracefully twirling
Fuelled by the breeze in the brief golden ray of sunshine as in stage' spotlight
But still the dark cloud looms,
It's winter, No summer? No autumn? Who knows?
Words are dancing off the page and take flight and the sparkling moment goes
To live forever in my heart, my appreciative, respectful , adoring mind
And add its magic to the store....
Of beauty to those. To those I have in days of yore
And those I have yet to find
