Nothing is as it always was and always will be. No matter what I do, I just won't escape.

Never
Did I see
That
Which I
Came to see
Not because
Of blindness
Not because
My eyes
Were closed
Not because
I was afraid
Never
Did I see
That which
I needed to
Because
It was not there
Not present
In this world
Of many
Somethings
It remains
As before
A nothing
A blank space
When all else
Are overfilled
A void
In my mind
A hole
In my very soul
A nothing
That can never be
Undone
Picture perfect
Seemingly
Is this existence
Minus
The one piece
That could bring
It all into view
Absent
The one truth
Above all else
That is needed
Never
Did I see
Because it
Is both there
And nowhere
A deep openness
Cratering my mind
An expansive wasteland
In my very soul
Never
Can it be filled
Nothing is empty
Yet it takes up space
Vast amounts
Of what could be
Only leaving behind
What won’t be
Never
Did I see
Because
All that’s there
Is nothing
Precise
And clear
Regardless
If I were blind
And if my eyes
Were closed
What is there
And what is not
Would still be
Exactly the same
Nothing changes
It is as always
The same as before
The same forevermore…
