People who are close to me at times wish me ill, and lately, I'll admit, so do I.

The moon
Nude
The sky
Not blue
The sun
Hidden
This dream
Mistaken
All of it
Not real
Every bit
Faked
Wishing
Missing
What is true
What I knew
The time
The place
Before this
Those days
God how I
Lament
Truer love
For myself
A sense
Of belief
A vision
Of need
Eased
By reality
What I had
What I owned
Who I possessed
Now
All of it
Gone
All of it
No more
Mistaken
I keep saying
But no one
Is in agreement
They are
Hearing me
But they are
Not listening
They see me
As a fool
As a man
Not ruled
As a man
With no plan
They wish
For me
Too further fail
More than I
Wish for myself
To do the same
I can feel
Their hate
I can sense
Their pain
They wish
Me away
Out of time
Out of space
Into the ether
Of all that is
Forbidden
I don’t blame them
How could I
By their standards
They want me gone
And to tell you
Reluctantly
I’ll admit
So do I
Mistaken
Is what I say
About them
About all of this
But in a reality
I no longer know
Maybe it is I
That am wrong
Maybe it is me
That is in many ways
Mistaken…
