New York Rangers: Undaunted

So it begins; a new season’s now here.
Come on Ranger fans, let’s give a cheer!
Let’s celebrate ‘cause October’s appeared,
And there’s a Stanley Cup to commandeer.
In their faces the losses were flaunted,
And with the Cup their hearts have been taunted.
They’ll face their foes like soldiers undaunted
And grab the Stanley Cup they’ve so wanted.
McDonagh, our captain, we hope’ll stand tall,
And Lundqvist, we know, will give it his all.
There’s Zucarello, back from the dead,
With visions of Stanley Cups in his head.
Alongside Nash, Fast, Girardi, and Klein,
The newer faces will fit in just fine.
The rest of the boys? You can’t count them out.
They’ll find a way to win, without a doubt.
The Rangers will do the best they can do;
So pray for chances for points to accrue.
You know in the end they’ll always pull through;
So let's raise a toast to our brave boys in blue!
