A story of a man who is "put to death" out of loneliness and hatred.
Death Row

Sentenced to death
For a crime never done.
His case in court was never won.
Brought to a cell,
which he'll leave in two weeks,
To his seat in death row,
With nothing to seek.

No family.
No home.
No lover, just this poem.

Hanging from a tree,
In dark nights that pass,
Is a memory of a man
With a kind soul of bias.

Alone in the world,
But never lonely.
He was deeply loved,
But ever so coldly.
