Please read this poem and give my your opinion.
When I was little I was told that I could never amount to nothing
That I was just another girl that will grow to be a women
And that my only purpose would be to be a mother
I was told that I could not be a writer
That I could not go to space
That I could not be a doctor
Being told this till the age of fifteen
I finally decided to leave and to be independent
I left my home to be a writer
I left my home to go to space
I left my home to be a doctor
I left my home to be free
