How powerful is a moment that it becomes a memory?
Read a beautiful proverb today that clicked with me -
Sometimes you don't know the value of a moment until it becomes memory : by Dr Seuss.

How true is this proverb! When you are in the moment sometimes you don't value until you leave. Yet you have the choice to remain silent, cherish and enjoy what is happening around you. This may not happen again - so why let the chaos the noise take over. Shut down the mind and close your senses so you can thoroughly enjoy!

Every time you poke someone's attention it takes them up to 6 minutes to return to what they were thinking or doing. No wonder attention spans are so short today because people constantly talk chat talk assuming if they don't they will be considered dumb.

A walk in a trail, being in the company of a loved one, exploring something new in life, hiking in mountains, a child's hug - why don't we realize how important these are to be done in silence - where your mind and body are able to connect. What you see your mind is able to read and that controls your following emotion. Allow the emotions to freely flow. Feel what is happening inside don't ignore what you feelig. If you are feeling sad perhaps it's time for a nap or cry it out. If you are happy perhaps it's time to do something constructive. Let the energy flow - be in tune with what you are feeling. It is the most important element. Let your body and mind connect and it is absolutely possible on an everyday basis! Keep trying till you succeed. We are all in this together!
