Together again

I knew not of the man with the mask
In a flash of anger, love, and hate
The mask would drop and that is it’s fate
And in the flash a kin would bask
Whose wounds are still hidden and sore

“Seek, seek, seek, and you will find
A person to listen, a common mind
And once that person has been found
You are forever to that person bound
And at that time in the sky you will soar

And if that person should disappear
Another you’ll find and again hold dear
Kill all of the pain and hide all the fear
Your cries will only that person hear
And he will come and open the door”

In a blue moon those words come out
No need no more to righteously shout
The mask is back in a state of bliss
“You’ll never see me again like this”
So will be now and forever more
