Enduring the loss of coworkers though being surrounded by less quality - a poem.
A lack of resolve, this boss discerns,
Raising eyebrows and concerns.
An eager fellow duly learns
Who is driving, who just earns.

Much accomplished by our team,
Adjustments made to chase the dream.
Lessons taught and smiles beam,
And truly thankful we all seem!

Finished auras, so darned fixed,
Until the day our friends got nixed.
A mile of heartache, years betwixt;
My, our futures stay so mixed.
