What if you woke one day to find colours were different and you could see more of them!
Opening eyes to a new world,
Exploding into a fragile mind.
So uncertain of occurrences,
Yes, I know you've been so kind,

But, that orange, it is purple!
I see shades, I don't know
The names to give them.
In my brain, they overflow.

Can I explain, I see such wonders,
Beyond what you've ever seen
So much more intensity,
Than there has ever been.

Pandora's box of colour,
Has crashed into my life.
A rainbow's no longer what it was,
Different hues lie within its stripes.

While you're wiring up my brain,
Thinking something's wrong.
I will revel in the symphony,
Of colour's glorious song.
