Cam leaned over the handlebars and felt the wind rushing past as he careened down the trail. His hair flew every which way and he could hear a rushing sound as he sailed past a startled dog and a small boy near the pond. He called a greeting to Mrs. Harper and grinned as she jumped back, startled. He kept pedaling faster until he felt as if he were flying. His mouth watered as he anticipated the end of his journey - the cold sweetness of the ice cream from the stand at the end of the road.
