A phone call when all you get is a machine
I just wanted to speak to a person,
But a machine's talking to me.
Now I'm hearing this awful music,
In a high pitched, obscure key.

I've now waited so long,
All my hair's fallen out.
Yes, there's something wrong,
Yes, I'm starting to shout.

It's been more than an hour
Just waiting for you
So long, the milk's sour,
Food's gone off too.

Do you know I'm here?
Or have you gone out for lunch
I think you're having a beer
You're a right lazy bunch.
