A poem about lovers.
Lovers.
Magnetic, Hypnotic, Electric.
The softness of skin
Upon skin.
Kissing backbones
And leaving bite marks
On lovers Spines.
Nakedness, Bare, Vulnerable.
Breathing in their
Lavender smell,
Intoxicated, Drunk, Inebriated.
Dragging nails
Across flesh.
Feeling Ethereal, Angelic, Delicate.
Communicating through gasps and moans
Then after
Silence.
Breathing them in,
Feeling their heart throb
Against your fingertips.
Comfort, Contentment, Peace.
Looking into brown eyes and
Laughing at nothing,
Yet everything.
Clutching warm sides
Till the sky breaks and
Sun beams peak through curtains.
Kisses waking up
From tender sleep and dreams of
Flower fields and bumble bees.
Awakening to reality
Eyes wide open
And smiles.
Enchanted, Lust, Amour.
