A spiritual book I want to share. |
See below. Christ is the son of God and He died on the cross to redeem our sins. Christ was both gentle and strong. He was peaceful. He promoted peace. We are one body when we go to church and pray together. Meditate and you will have peace. The peace that surpasses all understanding. "Let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts. For as members of one body you are called to live in peace." Col. 3:15. See below. When God restores our health it is physical, mental and emotional health. Crying to God for His help is one way to get His attention and response. That response may not be the one you wanted, but He does respond. God is Love after all and we are His children. "Lord my God, I cried to You for help, and You restored my health." Ps. 30:2. See below. Be humble. Why do we need erasers on pencils? Because Human beings make mistakes. We are imperfect and we need to be humble, especially before God. The valley of humbleness can collect God's blessings but the mountain of pride never will. God collects the humble. God is Loving us all of the time but the humble hold a special place in God's heart. "Those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted." Matt. 23:12. see below. I means God in this context. God has ransomed you. God has called you by name. You are His. Going through deep waters refers to the Om technique used in meditation. Which brings us closer to God. God is with us always and forever. "Do not be afraid, for I have ransomed you. I have called you by name, you are mine. When you go through deep waters, I will be with you." Isa. 43:1,2. See below. Stillness and silencing your thoughts is the way to get to know God. Meditate at sunrise and sunset facing east. Sit up straight. Keep your feet flat on the floor and about one foot apart from each other, hands palms upwards at the junction of the thighs and hips. Close your eyes and look at the point between the eyebrows, the third eye. "Be still and know that I am God!" Ps. 46:10. See below. God took some of His precious time to plan for us. For our good future and a hope. He Loves us. We need to take one day at a time. Live every moment as if it was the last moment of your life on this earth. Live in the here and now. Practice the presence of God. Your life will improve that way. "I know the plans I have for you." says the Lord, "They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope." Jer. 29:11. See below. Note the capital H's. That means God. God made us and we are His people. The sheep of God's pasture. God owns everything, it is all His and we only get to borrow our things. They are on loan until we part with them. Sometimes, until death do us part. "He made us and we are His. His people, the sheep of His pasture." Ps. 100:3. See below. We can give our burdens to God. He created us and Loves us. Our souls are His. We should do good works. Working for Him throughout the day and the night. He, God, will take good care of us. We give our burdens to God when we pray. Our prayers should be soulful and deep. Prayers said with a wandering mind won't reach God. "Give your burdens to the Lord, and He will take care of you." Ps. 55:22. |
