George IV, the Prince of Whales, nicknamed
By those who didn’t support him,
Which were all.

He was voted England’s worst monarch
In 2008, though he died in 1830,
Equally unloved.

I doubt even the sandman supported
Him with his wasteland politics
And husbandly deceit.

He spent his nation’s money when
They had none to spend and
Probably killed his wife.

Perhaps he found shelter in death,
But not in life, the unforgiving
Memories of time
Never faded.
