Why I love the fall
Looking at the farm stands
On the way to Topsfield
Viewing juicy apples
Imbibing fresh cider
Noting the foliage
Golden, orange, scarlet

A stolen day from work
Used as an escape
To breathe newly crisp air
Unfettered, joyful
My husband beside me
Nature's peaceful season
