In October of 2016 I was told I had been selected as a "Retired Founder, Rising Stars Program"  candidate for 2016-2017. I would like to thank GabriellaR45   for this important and honoring notice.My sponsor is ~ Santa Sisco ~  , whom I met back in the summer after becoming a Newbie, joining Writing.com on July 14, 2016.The required 18,000 credits can appear a little intimidating at first, until one realizes, that this is spread over a period of approximately eight months from October 20, 2016 to June 20, 2017 with plenty of opportunities to earn the credits we need. Planning is important. Therefore, I will give great effort to planning my eight months, wisely, starting with the accomplishments of October and the process for the month upcoming (to be added soon.)
