A nightmare I had one night, which went into the morning.
Nightmare

11/9/16

"We were abducted."

My brother and I were walking along the pathway to our house when it happened. We were pushed into a van and they put black bags over our heads. We felt the car stop and we got onto a plane. I know because of the sound of the engines. I heard bits and pieces of their conversation: "Don't have sex with the girl. He wants that one alive and not pregnant."

Me thinking: What happens to my brother?

The plane touches down and all I feel is heat: lots of it. We walk what feels like forever into a building named Casa. I could slightly see out of my bag. We walked up two flights of stairs to room 123. I looked to my left and saw a little boy in the hallway. We were forcefully pulled into a room. My brother was pulled away from me and the last thing I heard from him was him screaming my name. I was forced upright and the bag was taken off my head. I blink to see multiple computers watching everything on the street. I, then, scream out as I feel a huge pain in my right side and then my left side. I look down and see a board and whip. This happened every day. I don't know how long we were there without any food and hardly a gulp of water enduring pain and torture, but you guys (American soldiers) came to get us. I don't know how you knew where we were, but I'm glad we were saved.

The door flew open and I screamed out, "Watch behind the door!" I shut my eyes tightly as bullets flew everywhere and, after silence fell, I was still breathing heavily to make sure I was alive. I was taken down from my restraints and ran out of the room. You guys had to catch up to me while a few of you stayed behind to see how my brother was doing. I had no idea where I was running too, just knowing I had to get away. Once you guys caught up to me, one of you said, "You're safe now. No more running." I looked at him and nodded my head knowing his eyes looked sincere.

"We were injected with this type of poison every day in our neck. It slowly took over our body, but we didn't die. It was like (the poison) was running our own body. The cure was a vial called B. Don't confuse it with C: that's what they put the poison in", I said to the officer staring back at me in the interrogation room.

Now here I am. I'm not cured yet. I still take the cure, B, every day and slowly I am getting better. I can't say the same for my brother. I am in the home I belong in.
