'Oftentimes she won't appear...

MIDNIGHT ANGEL

Oftentimes she won’t appear

But I know one night she will return

She will come into my bedroom

Like she did last night

She will stare at me with her bright orange eyes

And breathe her dirty black breath into my face

She will slowly beat her gossamer wings

As she hovers over me in the silent darkness

And smile with her chapped puffy lips

She will open her mouth and wag her long thin tongue

And show me her small needle teeth

She will touch me with one of her razor sharp claws

And leave those three long red streaks across my bare white chest

She will caress my throat with her mangled hands

And I will feel the coarse bristles of her filthy brown hair

She will ask again if I want to go

To her Dark World

And I will once again deny her request

Oftentimes she won’t appear

But I know one night she will return

And one night she will ask again

And one night I will say

Yes.

Please

Take

Me

To

Your

DARK WORLD!
