Tried a free verse. Comments are welcome.
I remember to write merry lines,
Just as you said.
Without you, my dear
Happiness is long lost.

The distance, how long is it?
My life is too short for that.
Oh dear, come back!
Without you, I am feeling numb.

The pain of your silence,
Rips me into pieces.
I was given my chances
Those I screwed up.

What would you do?
When your past still haunts
And your memory clog,
Anxiety get the best of you?

Easy to give reasons
But, my deeds are mine.
Just one more chance,
I promise to be your price.
