It is a poem about someone who went away for good and one who was dreaming of going home.
At Last

The routes were many and the road was long.
There, in the passenger seat, my back sore.
My thoughts were of Oddyseus dreamed so strong
In my heart, there's a longing I long bore.

Each day, I worked with the aim of the best.
How I wished I'm there - those days could just tell.
At nights, as I laid my head to a rest,
I searched that familiar comfort and spell.

Now, I could see the smoke of kitchenfire;
Could hear the melodious laughter, not far -
The charm that on distant lands gone my tire.
I'm home, at last, where I earned my first star.
