Seeing the boss's point of view - a poem about correction on the job.
Room for much improvement -
There, the die are cast. 
Now to make it plain to see,
News arrives so fast. 

Semblance of some order,
Requests might just get filled. 
Hoping you know better,
Frame of mind instilled.

Who ignores their bosses? 
Now go do what's right. 
Never answer if that's there,
Time to see the light...
