The fool and the wise man.
The Bard tells us,

It doth take a wise man to play the part of the fool,
tho' as time doth pass by, me thinks him rather drool.
Take politicians, how they waffle and shout,
how they rail about things they do know naught about.

Doff your hats my dear friends and agree, if you can,
me thinks fool doth do better job playing wise man.
