We, as men of God, should hold ourselves to a higher standard in our faith.
Consequences do not withstand
a pure measure of a man,
Wisdom to change the silence
of latent superstitions rising,
Outward we extinguish the soul
until only demons are known,
Speaking in words of existence
continually in our spiritual distance,
We build a wall between the heavens
simultaneously imitating perfection,
Wringing our hands in despair
with moments of bewildering stares,
Suspended against an ancient world
to render a verdict's immediate return,
We look upon death; puzzled and done
affecting purpose imagined among,
Angels summoned with a wave of the hand,
Contents determined do not withstand
the pure measure of a man,
