Living with anxiety
When i first found out I had an anxiety, I was 16 years old. I had come to have anxiety in a different way..It was like I had an overdose in my heart. I was 16 when Doctors shoved so many strong pain killers down my throat (didnt realize my gallbladder needed to be removed.) Finally after i had the surgery i broke down, and it was scary. It was my hell. I have realized that I constantly heard from people, your heart isnt racing its just in your head, or i heard your making yourself anxious, or my favorite its all in your head. I get it it is so scary because that then makes you feel like your now crazy and have a heart problem..let me tell you something. This is a real medical issue anxiety is a real problem, and is something that needs to be dealt with. Anxiety is not in your head its a reaction to fear just worse. Bad news it doesnt always go away. Good news theres ways to get it calm down. I listen to music, music simply relaxes me or i watch comedies because they make me happy, and they make me laugh. I've also heard reading helps people because it relaxes the mind. Talking is a big thing too! If you can talk about it you dont feel like your dealing with it all alone, you finally feel like thete are people out there listening to you and understanding you
