THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING GRATEFUL
Gratitude is such an important quality to possess. To be appreciative you must resist the nasty act of gluttony.

Food doesn't taste that good when you overindulge, it's more enjoyable when you've worked up an appetite.

If you spend every pay cheque on designer bags, clothes and accessories, you don't appreciate those occasions when you spoil yourself.

If you're regularly dining at expensive restaurants, those outings are no longer deemed momentous because it's part of your usual routine.

I've come to the conclusion that it's the simple things in life that keep us happy. Winter Saturday nights at home. My sons are safe and snug with a bowl of popcorn watching a family movie.
