Parenthood poem
I remember well the day you were born
So tiny and frail
Depending on me for every detail

I can see as you learn and grow
Stumbling as you go
The need to lean on me starts to slow

You are a toddler now
Signs are starting to show
Depending on me less as you grow

Graduation day now appears
The day for my two biggest fears
Letting you go...need for me Disappears

In the blink of an eye
You have become an adult
Ahh a glimmer of hope I spy
Grandchildren...Advice...Parent to Parent.
