Is a rocket a missile? Is a missile a rocket?
A screaming thrusting rocket thruster
Is not as sexy as it looks on paper
When faced with the choking smoke
Of a million car exhausts
And face melting reality.

I lay awake at night
Wondering at the difference
Between boyhood spaceman dreams
And the fears and nightmares
Of nuclear tipped missiles
Coming in from North Korea
Or our own nightly news
Talking heads.
Screaming, thrusting talking heads.
